What We Collect
Every contact with us is a phone call. When you call (352) 290-2082 we note what you tell us: your name, the number you called from, what the vehicle is, and where it's parked. Calls may be recorded so we can check that quotes were given correctly.
There are no forms on this site and no email address, so nothing is collected through the website itself apart from the basic server logs any web host keeps.
What It's Used For
We use what you tell us to price the car, send the truck to the right driveway on the right day, finish the purchase, and keep the records Florida requires for a vehicle transfer. We might call you back about the car you asked about, and that's the extent of it.
We don't sell or rent your phone number to other buyers or to lead brokers. That's the line that separates a direct buyer on S Bay St from the lead sites built to look like one.
Who Sees It
The driver assigned to your pickup gets your address and your phone number. The Lake County Tax Collector or FLHSMV gets whatever the title transfer requires. The company that routes our phone line sees the call logs and is under contract to keep them private. That's the full list.
How Long We Keep It
Paperwork from a finished purchase stays on file for as long as Florida's vehicle-transfer and tax rules require. Notes from a call that never turned into a sale get cleared out once they're no longer useful.
You can ask what we have on file about you and ask to have it corrected. You can also ask to have it deleted, which we'll do unless a Florida record-keeping rule says otherwise. One call to the office handles it.
Cookies and Call Tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. The one piece of tracking we use is a call-tracking number that records which ad or listing a caller saw before dialing. Blocking cookies in your browser changes nothing about how the pages load.
